Porcelain & ceramic tiling, fitted with precision across London
Level lines, neat grout and clean edges — for kitchens, bathrooms, floors and full renovations throughout Central & Greater London.
Why our tiling stands out
Tiling is unforgiving — small errors in level or spacing are obvious the moment the light hits them. We set out every job carefully before a single tile goes down, so lines stay straight and grout lines stay consistent from wall to wall.
Careful setting out
We plan tile layout around doorways, fixtures and sightlines before starting, avoiding awkward slivers at the edges.
Large format expertise
Big-format porcelain slabs need flat substrates and confident handling — it's a core part of what we do.
Neat, consistent grouting
Even spacing and clean grout lines are what separate a good tiling job from a great one — we don't rush this step.

FAQs
Porcelain or ceramic — what's the difference?
Porcelain is denser and less porous, making it a stronger choice for floors and wet areas. Ceramic is often lighter and more budget-friendly for walls.
Can you tile over existing tiles?
Sometimes, if the substrate is sound and flat enough. In most cases we recommend removing old tiles for the best long-term finish.
How long does a bathroom retile take?
A standard bathroom typically takes 2–4 days depending on waterproofing, trims and grout curing time.
Do you supply the tiles?
We can source tiles through our suppliers, or install tiles you've already chosen and purchased.
